Our website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare collects standard technical information for security and performance — such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps — but we do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or session-recording tools on this site.

Spam prevention

To protect our form from automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-respecting CAPTCHA alternative. Turnstile does not use tracking cookies and does not profile users across websites.

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Contact you about your quote request
• Provide the service you've asked us to quote
• Follow up with service-related communications (scheduling, confirming work, etc.)
• Maintain a record of customer inquiries in our customer relationship management (CRM) system

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for retargeting or behavioral advertising.

When you submit the form, your information is transmitted to:

• Cloudflare (our hosting and form-processing infrastructure)
• Follow Up Boss (our customer relationship management system)

Both of these services are bound by their own privacy policies and security obligations. We do not transmit your information to any other third party except as required by law.

We retain quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to provide our services and maintain our business records, typically up to seven years for tax and accounting purposes. You can request earlier deletion — see section 7 below.
